Teton Creek Town homes are located in Driggs, Idaho off from Ski Hill Road on the Wyoming border. It is a private community of 20 single family homes on 16 acres of common space. The common area features a walking path around the community, running water into a pond and Teton Creek in two diverted channels around the property. The HOA is governed by its own CC&R’s and is part of the Teton Creek Resort. Teton Creek Resort includes private condominiums located on the south side of Ski Hill Rd from Teton Creek Townhomes. The Resort is governed separately with its own CC&R’s.
